Make every visit count
- Make your invitations.Reach out to the people on your prospect list and invite them to the company overview. Keep the invitation simple, use your invitation script, and agree on the BOM date they plan to attend.
- Add your guests to the Captain’s System.Register each guest for the correct BOM date with accurate contact details and inviting-agent information. Submit your invites early so your BSC can prepare the Captain’s List and coordinate confirmations.
- Confirm the plan.Check that your guests have been contacted by you or your BSC. Confirm the meeting time, office address, and dress code, and let your BSC know if a guest’s plans change.
- Sign in.Complete your Agent Sign-In when you arrive so the office has an accurate record of your attendance. Arrive with enough time to settle in and participate before training begins.
- Be present in FaceTime.Be engaged in the room. Connect with your teammates, welcome guests, and introduce them to your leaders. Use edification to help guests understand who they are meeting and why that connection matters.
- Be ready to learn.Be seated on time with your notebook ready. Put away distractions, participate in training, and take notes on the ideas and skills you can apply in your business. Leave with a clear action to put into practice.
- Connect your guest with your MD.Introduce your guest to your Marketing Director or an experienced associate. Find out what interested them, listen to their questions, and help them get the information they need.
- Set the next appointment.Before your guest leaves, help arrange a specific follow-up time with the right person. Confirm the date and purpose, and be present to learn from the follow-up conversation when possible.
- Follow through.Update your BSC or Captain on the agreed next step. Reconnect with guests who missed BOM or left without an appointment, coordinate the follow-up, and respect anyone who says they are not interested.
